Before making a reservation, please contact us via the KakaoTalk Channel or WhatsApp to check availability.
When contacting us, please include:

- Number of participants
Once your session has been confirmed, we'll send you the deposit payment details. Your reservation will be secured once the deposit is received. The deposit should be completed within 1 hour.

Our bridal styling services are offered through Maison Soie, GONGSON's bridal styling brand.
From photography to dress rental, makeup, and hair everything is prepared and managed by one team, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable.

Q. What are the photography routes?
A. Below are our recommended routes for each session.
/Only the main locations are listed. Additional photo spots may be included during the session.
/If you would like to start at your hotel or include another location, the route can be adjusted after consultation.
/The starting and ending locations may vary depending on the schedule.
/Routes may change depending on weather, crowds, or local conditions.
/For voluminous wedding dresses that require an assistant, some locations may be skipped due to accessibility. Taxi transportation will be required.
/Taxi transfers may be required for sessions of 2 hours or longer.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Q. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A. Your deposit is fully refundable within 5 days of signing the contract. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.
As we operate by reservation only, the following cancellation policy applies:
/More than 90 days before the session: Deposit retained
/60–90 days before: 50% of the total package price
/30–60 days before: 60% of the total package price
/Within 30 days: 70% of the total package price
/On the session date: 100% of the total package price
Please note:
/For bookings made within 5 days of the session date, 50% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee if cancelled.
/The same policy applies to cancellations due to personal schedule changes.
/Destination sessions outside Paris are non-refundable once booked.
/If a destination session is cancelled after the contract has been signed, 100% of the total package price will be charged.
Portrait Rights & Privacy
Q. Will my photos be shared publicly?
A. The copyright to all photos and videos remains the property of GONGSON PARIS.
Unless otherwise requested, selected photos and videos may be used on our website, blog, Instagram, and other official channels.
If you prefer to keep your images private, please let us know in advance. We will fully respect your privacy and will not publish any photos or videos that identify you.
Meeting Point & Location Transfers
Q. Where is the meeting point?
A. The meeting point depends on your selected route. Session details, including the meeting point, will be sent during the week of your shoot.
Q. How do we travel between locations?
A. Most locations are within walking distance. For longer distances, we'll use a taxi (Uber), with the fare paid by the client.
*Photo locations may change depending on local conditions.
Rain Policy
Q. What happens if it rains?
A. Weather in Europe can change quickly, and forecasts are not always accurate.
/Light rain sessions will proceed with umbrellas.
/If rain is expected, we'll contact you in advance and do our best to reschedule if another date or time is available.
/For Dress, Makeup & Hair Packages, schedule changes depend on the artist's availability.
/If you're visiting Paris as part of a tour, rescheduling may not be possible due to your travel schedule.
/In the event of severe weather that makes the session unsafe or impossible, the session will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Photo Delivery
Q. When will I receive my photos?
A. Our delivery schedule is as follows:
/Original Gallery: Within 1 month after your session
/Photo Selection: Within 2 months of receiving your gallery
/Retouched Photos: Within 2 months after your selection
Please note:
/Express retouching is available for an additional fee.
/If you booked a photo & video package, the final video will be delivered together with your retouched photos.
/All retouch requests are handled by email, and replies will be sent in the order they are received.
